Luxury villa Miani is located just 4 km from the center of Split (old town). It is only 800m away from the beach, but far enough from "civilization" to be peaceful and quiet. Žnjan bay is within walking distance, as well as Duilovo beach.
This elegant house is highly recommended and offers well-equipped accommodation. It was built to high construction standards, with great attention to detail. The use of traditional stone and some of the best materials is incorporated into the entire design and used in harmony with the environment! The spacious estate garden is filled with various types of flowers and shrubs, designed to maintain high standards.
The villa extends over two floors of living space (400 square meters) on a plot of 2,000 square meters, facing south with a sea view, spacious terrace with a living room overlooking the pool and sea, an outdoor bar with a sink and gas grill, suitable for 8 to 10 people, 4 bedrooms spread over the 1st and 2nd floors, one bedroom has two separate beds that can be connected into one large bed, an office on the 2nd floor of the villa can be used as a 5th bedroom, a spacious indoor and outdoor dining room, 6 bathrooms, a cellar in the basement of the house, parking for 8 cars, a small outdoor playground for children.
